Cancellations 14+ days before: full deposit refund. 7–13 days: 50% refund. Less than 7 days: no refund. We always try to reschedule where possible.
Most nationalities require a Kenya eVisa, obtainable online at evisa.go.ke. We can assist with guidance. Citizens of some East African countries enter visa-free.
